VITALITY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM PINS

For the Vitality Mentor Program Pin Design, I designed a series of custom pins for recognizing and celebrating participants in the company's mentorship initiative. The program had employees paired either with a mentor or a mentee to facilitate professional growth, enhance skills, and ensure career advancement.

I created three different pins for the various roles of the program: one for mentors, one for mentees, and a special pin for employees who participated in both roles. Each pin incorporated unique icons: a planner or book to the mentors for knowledge-sharing and guidance, hands to symbolize support, collaboration, and the mentorship relationship, and a heart with the Vitality "V" emblem to reflect the passion and care involved in both mentoring and learning.
