VITALITY HLTH CONFERENCE BOOTH

For the Vitality HLTH Conference Booth, I designed a 10x20-foot wooden booth with custom side panels, built-in backlighting, and space for a mounted television. This booth was showcased at the HLTH Conference, where it needed to make a strong visual impact while accommodating high foot traffic. I collaborated closely with our vendor, Innov8, coordinating every detail to ensure accurate sizing, placement, and functionality. This involved extensive back-and-forth communication to refine the design, ensuring it met both aesthetic and practical requirements. The project was a valuable experience in environmental design, as I had to consider not only the booth’s visual appeal but also the flow of people, sightlines, and visibility from a distance—key factors in maximizing the booth’s effectiveness at a large-scale event.
